But before you go, it's important to know what you can and cannot bring with you. The Laguna Beach Art Festival is a 501c3 organization that promotes, produces and sponsors events and activities that foster the appreciation, study and interpretation of the arts. If you're planning on attending an event in Orange County, California, you'll need to obtain approval from the Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) headquarters in Sacramento. You'll need to submit a completed application for authorization (form ABC-21) at the nearest ABC office at least 3 days before the event but no more than 30 days before. Once approved, you'll be issued a permit with a limit of four days per calendar year. Visitors can only access the venues with a valid ticket for the event or with a credential authorized by the Segerstrom Center for the Arts. Animals or pets of any kind are prohibited at the Segerstrom Arts Center, with the exception of trained service animals and service animals in training for clients with disabilities. The Segerstrom Arts Center reserves the right to confiscate items that may cause danger or interrupt the event or other attendees, or that violate venue policies. You're also allowed to bring your own snacks and drinks, however, portable coolers, picnic baskets, or any other container should not be larger than 14 x 14 x 14. The authorization fee for an event is separate from the annual permit fee for the event and depends on the estimated size of attendance at the event. Permission for an event involves an annual fee and authorizes the license holder to request authorizations for events. Customers are expected to consume alcoholic beverages responsibly and any intervention with a disabled, intoxicated or underage client will be managed immediately.
